We provide Day Care for one and half days per week for people who are lonely, isolated and who may be experiencing memory loss or dementia.
Our full Day Care provides a happy stimulating warm environment for yourself or a loved one. We encourage participation in many activities they include Arts & Crafts, Board Games, Quizzes Reminiscence Seated 10 Pin Bowling, Table Football, Chair Based Exercise and Singing.
(We have had our work from Arts & Crafts displayed at Ilkeston Hospital)
We also have visits from entertainers and musicians.
Also included in the full day are morning refreshments and 2 course hot lunch with Coffee/Tea/Cake during the afternoon. In some instances transport can be arranged at an extra cost. We understand that the level of support needed by each person is different, which is why we treat everyone as an individual. Our half day includes morning refreshments and 2 course hot lunch. While also having Bingo or Quiz.
